摘　　要：目的分析磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白4(PEBP4)、趋化素样因子超家族6(CMTM6)、同源异形盒基因(HOXD10)在脑胶质瘤中的表达水平及其临床价值。方法选取该院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的经病理活检确诊为脑胶质瘤的50例患者为观察组,另选取同期经手术治疗的50例脑外伤患者为对照组,获取两组脑组织标本。使用免疫组织化学染色方法和实时荧光定量PCR分别测定两组脑组织中PEBP4、CMTM6、HOXD10阳性率和表达水平,采用Pearson相关分析这3项指标之间相关性,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析3项指标单独和联合检测对脑胶质瘤的诊断价值。结果与对照组相比,观察组脑组织中PEBP4、CMTM6阳性率和表达水平升高,HOXD10阳性率和表达水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与肿瘤最大径<3 cm、TNM分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、高分化程度的脑胶质瘤患者脑组织比较,肿瘤最大径≥3 cm、TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、中低分化程度的脑胶质瘤患者脑组织中PEBP4、CMTM6表达水平较高,而HOXD10表达水平较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,PEBP4表达水平与CMTM6呈正相关(r=0.358,P<0.001);PEBP4、CMTM6表达水平与HOXD10均呈负相关(r=-0.412、-0.4330,P<0.001)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,PEBP4、CMTM6、HOXD10联合检测诊断脑胶质瘤的曲线下面积为0.909,高于PEBP4、CMTM6、HOXD10单独检测的0.815、0.746、0.870(P<0.001)。结论在脑胶质瘤组织中PEBP4、CMTM6表达水平升高,HOXD10表达水平降低,这3项指标间有一定相关性,其联合检测诊断脑胶质瘤的价值较高。Objective To analyze the expression levels and their clinical value of phosphatidylethanolamine binding protein 4(PEBP4),chemokine like factor superfamily 6(CMTM6)and homeobox gene(HOXD10)in glioma.Methods A total of 50 patients with brain glioma diagnosed by pathological biopsy who were admitted to this hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients with brain trauma treated by surgery during the same period were selected as the control group,and two groups of brain tissue samples were obtained.The positive rates and the expression levels of PEBP4,CMTM6,and HOXD10 in the brain tissues of the two groups were determined by immunohistochemical staining and real-time quantitative PCR,Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation among the three indicators,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of the three indicators alone and in combination for glioma.Results Compared with in the control group,the positive rate and the expression level of PEBP4 and CMTM6 in the brain tissue in the observation group increased,and the positive rate and the expression level of HOXD10 decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the brain tissue of glioma patients with tumor maximum diameter<3 cm,TNM stageⅠ+Ⅱ,no lymph node metastasis and well-differentiated glioma,the expression levels of PEBP4 and CMTM6 in the brain tissue of glioma patients with tumor maximum diameter≥3 cm,TNM stageⅢ+Ⅳ,lymph node metastasis and moderately and poorly differentiated levels were higher,while the expression level of HOXD10 was lower,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the expression level of PEBP4 was positively correlated with CMTM6(r=0.358,P<0.001),while the expression levels of PEBP4 and CMTM6 were negatively correlated with HOXD10(r=-0.412,-0.433,P<0.001).The ROC curve analysis results showed that the area under the curve of
