摘 要:封堵调剖是油藏注水开发中、晚期控水稳油的重要技术,为了认清调剖剂的运移特性和封堵机理,进行调剖剂及注采参数的优化。利用扫描电镜的方法,通过岩心驱替实验,定性或定量描述调剖剂在多孔介质内的运移状态和封堵性能,并给出调剖剂与储层物性参数的配伍性判定原则。结果表明:随着聚合物质量浓度的增加,聚合物调剖剂的成胶效果变好,调剖剂黏度增加,凝胶调剖剂网格结构变得更加紧实,壁厚增加,网格空洞减少,而当聚合物质量浓度大于1500 mg/L后,调剖剂成胶效果增加不再明显;剪切力对于聚合物凝胶成胶效果影响较大;聚合物凝胶在低渗透率岩心中封堵效果更好;当封堵率大于99%、突破压力大于0.4 MPa时,可以形成有效封堵;当封堵率小于等于95%、突破压力小于等于0.2 MPa时,无法形成有效封堵;介于两者之间则为运移—封堵状态。研究成果为改善聚合物凝胶调剖效果提供技术支持。Plugging profile-control technology is an important technology for controlling water cut and stabilizing oil production in the middle and late stages of water flooding development in reservoirs. In order to make clear of migration characteristics and plugging mechanism of profile-control agents,the profile-control agents and injection-production parameters are optimized. With the help of SEM and core displacement experiments,the migration state and plugging performance of profile-control agent in porous media are qualitatively or quantitatively characterized,and the compatibility determination criteria between profile-control agent and reservoir physical parameters is presented. The results show that with the increase of polymer mass concentration,the gelation effects of polymer profile-control agent become better,the agent viscosity increases,the microscopic mesh structure of gel agent becomes more compact,the wall thickness increases and the mesh voids decrease,while the gelation effects do not increase significantly when polymer mass concentration is more than 1 500mg/L. Shear has much impact on gelling effects of polymer gel. Polymer gel has better plugging effect in low permeability cores. Effective plugging is formed when plugging rate is higher or equal than 99%,breakthrough pressure is higher or equal than 0.4 MPa and proportion,while effective plugging cannot be formed when plugging rate is less or equal than 95%,breakthrough pressure is less or equal than 0.2 MPa,and migration-plugging state is presented between the above two. Preliminary conclusion is that the research provides technical support for improving profile-control effects of polymer gel.
