摘 要:新型混合动力汽车较传统汽车更为节省能源,减少污染,但是由于多动力系统协调性较差,导致输出能量参数无法实现最优化。针对上述问题,提出一种氢燃料电池混合动力能量多参数控制方法,首先对氢燃料电池混合动力系统进行了分析,探讨了系统结构组成、工作流程以及各种工作模式,然后提出模糊控制方法,构建模糊控制器,进行输出转矩信号和电池SOC信号参数控制,输出发动机和电机功率,最后利用遗传算法优化模糊控制器的控制规则,提高控制效果。结果表明,与传统方法相比,所研究控制方法应用下,氢燃料电池混合动力商用汽车运行的动力性、经济性和排放性相关参数指标均得到了优化,由此说明所研究控制方法在保证汽车行驶性能的基础上,同时也提高了汽车的经济性,降低了污染物排放性。Compared with traditional vehicles, new hybrid vehicles save more energy and reduce pollution. However, due to the poor coordination of multiple power systems, the output energy parameters cannot be optimized. Therefore, a multi-parameter energy control method for hybrid power of hydrogen fuel cell was proposed. At first, the hybrid power system of hydrogen fuel cell was analyzed, and then the system structure, work flow, and some work modes were discussed. After that, a fuzzy control method was proposed. Moreover, the fuzzy controller was constructed to control the parameters of output torque signal and battery SOC signal, and thus to output the power of engine and motor. Finally, the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the control rules of the fuzzy controller and thus to improve the control effect. Simulation results show that based on the proposed method, the parameters of power, economy and emission of the hybrid commercial vehicle with hydrogen fuel cell have been optimized. This also shows that the proposed method not only guarantees the driving performance, but also improves the economic performance of a car and reduces the pollutant.
