摘 要:以生态学的视角分析广东高职教育系统,发现其结构特征表现为学习形式多样、教学模式趋同的形式结构,相对失衡的区域分布结构以及重复率高、类型多样的专业结构;其功能特征表现为生产功能和调节功能正常运转,文化功能仍需增强。广东要更好地推动高职教育高质量发展,应进一步深化教学模式改革,理论与实践并重;调整院校的区域分布,形成院校特色;优化院校的专业结构,打造专业特色;积极挖掘优秀文化,凸显文化功能。From the perspective of ecology, the higher vocational education system in Guangdong is analyzed, and it is found that its structure is characterized by the formal structure with diverse learning forms and convergent teaching modes, the relatively unbalanced regional distribution structure, and the professional structure with high repetition rate and diverse types;its function is characterized by the normal operation of production and regulation functions, and the cultural function still needs to be enhanced.In order to better promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education in Guangdong, we should further deepen the reform of teaching mode with equal emphasis on theory and practice;adjust the regional distribution of colleges to form colleges characteristics;optimize the professional structure of colleges to create professional characteristics;and actively explore the excellent culture to highlight the cultural function.
