摘　　要：为落实职业院校并举实施学历教育与职业培训的法定职责,高职院校要构建体系化的培训运营管理模式,快速响应市场导向下来自行业企业不断变化发展的各类培训要求,为委托方输出高质量的培训交付成果,实现高职院校服务社会、经济的功能。通过以ISO9001质量标准在广东邮电职业技术学院开展职业培训的实践应用为例,探讨高职院校职业培训运营管理的构建,为高职院校职业培训的运营管理提供借鉴和参考。In order to implement the legal responsibility of vocational colleges to implement academic education and vocational training at the same time, vocational colleges should build a systematic training operation management mode, quickly respond to various training requirements from industries and enterprises under the guidance of the market, output high-quality training deliverables for the client, and realize the function of Vocational Colleges to serve the society and the economy. Taking the practice of carrying out vocational training in Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom under ISO9001 quality standard as an example, this paper discusses the construction of vocational training operation management in higher vocational colleges, and provides reference for vocational training operation management in higher vocational colleges.
