摘　　要：基于家具大规模定制、客户需求多样化的背景,为了充分考虑客户需求的差异性,能够精心服务每一个客户,从大规模定制下的家具物流中生产物流和配送物流两个部分入手,讨论了当下生产物流中路线规划不合理、设备容易损坏、生产不协同的问题,以及配送物流中配送困难、安装服务不到位、产品易磨损、信息化水平低的问题。针对生产物流,给出了合理规划路线、物流柔性化、定期维护设备等解决方案;针对配送物流,给出了规范配送方式、运送可视化、规范安装工人等解决方案。展望了未来物流发展方向,给企业发展面向大规模定制的家具物流一些启发,以期降低物流的成本和柔性。Based on the background of mass customization of furniture and the diversification of customer needs,in order to fully consider the differences in customer needs,we can carefully serve each customer,starting from the production logistics and distribution logistics of the furniture logistics under mass customization,and discuss In the current production logistics,the route planning is unreasonable,the equipment is easily damaged,the production is not coordinated,and the distribution logistics is difficult to distribute,the installation service is not in place,the product is easy to wear,and the information level is low. For production logistics,solutions such as reasonable planning of routes,flexible logistics,and regular maintenance of equipment are given;for distribution logistics,solutions such as standardized distribution methods,visualized transportation,and standardized installation workers are given. Looking forward to the future development direction of logistics,and giving some inspiration to enterprises in the development of furniture logistics for mass customization,in order to reduce the cost and flexibility of logistics.
