摘  要:神经生长因子(NGF)是神经营养因子家族中第1个被发现,也是最具特征的成员,目前对于NGF的理化特性、受体以及功能的研究已较为深入和透彻。临床上对于认知障碍一直缺乏有效的治疗手段,而鼠NGF(mNGF)通过控制神经细胞的分化、成熟、增殖、生长、存活、代谢以及凋亡等在脑损伤导致的认知障碍中发挥重要作用。目前mNGF单用或与其他药物联合已用于阿尔茨海默病、脑梗死、脑出血、小儿脑瘫、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤等导致的认知障碍的治疗,未来可就mNGF用于精神疾病特别是酒精依赖伴随认知障碍的效果进行深入研究。Nerve growth factor(NGF)is the first and most characteristic member of the neurotrophic factor family to be discovered,and the physicochemical properties,receptors and functions of NGFs have been studied in depth and thoroughly.There has been a lack of effective clinical treatment for cognitive impairment.Mouse NGF(mNGF)plays an important role in cognitive impairment due to brain injury by controlling neural cell differentiation,maturation,proliferation,growth,survival,metabolism,and apoptosis.mNGF alone or in combination with other drugs has been used in the treatment of cognitive impairment caused by Alzheimer′s disease,cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage,pediatric cerebral palsy,neonatal hypoxia-ischemic brain injury and other diseases.Further research on the effects of mNGF for psychiatric diseases,especially alcohol dependence with cognitive impairment,can be conducted in the future.
