摘 要:近年来,炎性肠病(IBD)在我国的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,其反复发作的症状和伴发的多种并发症严重影响了患者的生活质量和心理健康,但由于其发病机制尚不明确,在治疗上存在难点。肠道菌群在促进机体代谢、维持肠黏膜屏障功能和免疫系统稳态方面扮演重要角色。肠道菌群失调与IBD的发生相关,菌群多样性改变、菌群失调对肠道黏膜屏障的损伤及其介导的异常免疫反应的发生,诱发或加重了IBD的发生和进展。因此,研究肠道菌群与IBD之间的关系不但对阐明其发病机制至关重要,而且为疾病的临床治疗提供了新思路。In recent years,the incidence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)in China has been increasing year by year,and its recurrent symptoms and associated complications have seriously affected the quality of life and mental health of the patients.However,due to its unclear pathogenesis,there are difficulties in the treatment.Gut microbiota plays an important role in promoting metabolism,maintaining intestinal mucosal barrier function and immune system homeostasis.Dysbacteriosis is associated with the occurrence of IBD.Changes in bacterial diversity,the damage of intestinal mucosal barrier caused by dysbacteriosis and the occurrence of abnormal immune response mediated by dysbacteriosis induce or aggravate the occurrence and progression of IBD.Therefore,the investigation of the correlation between gut microbiota and IBD is not only important to illuminate its pathogenesis,but also provides a new idea for the clinical treatment.
