摘  要:近年来,消化道恶性肿瘤发病率居高不下、患者预后不理想,需要不断探索新的特异性标志物以及相关靶点,以提高患者的确诊率及生存率。人组织激肽释放酶(KLKs)是丝氨酸蛋白酶家族的一个蛋白水解酶亚群,其异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。其中,KLK11多与内分泌肿瘤相关,但随着研究的不断深入,KLK11在消化系统肿瘤中的作用也逐一被揭示。KLK11可能通过促进细胞增殖、侵袭、迁移以及影响血管形成等机制,参与消化道肿瘤的发生发展,因此KLK11有望成为诊断消化道肿瘤的生物标志物。In recent years,the incidence of gastrointestinal tumors remains high and the prognosis of the patients is not ideal.It is necessary to explore new specific markers and related targets to improve the diagnostic rate and survival rate of the patients.Human tissue kallikreins(KLKs)is a proteolytic enzyme subgroup of serine protease family.Its abnormal expression is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors.Among them,KLK11 is mostly related to endocrine tumors,but with the deepening of research,the role of KLK11 in gastrointestinal tumors has been revealed gradually.KLK11 may participate in the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal tumors by promoting cell proliferation,invasion,migration and affecting angiogenesis.Therefore,KLK11 is expected to become a biomarker for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors.
