摘  要:目的探讨腹膜后肿瘤(RPT)外科护理教学中应用以问题为导向的学习(PBL)联合以案例为基础的学习(CBL)的教学模式的效果。方法收集2020年1月—2021年12月在我院RPT外科40名护理实习生为研究对象,随机分为两组进行前瞻性研究。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用PBL联合CBL教学模式,采用t检验比较两组的理论考试和操作考试平均分数,采用χ^(2)检验比较两组临床教学满意度。结果观察组理论考试平均(89.1±4.4)分明显高于对照组(84.3±5.8)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=2.965,P=0.005);观察组的操作考试平均(93.5±2.1)分高于对照组的(92.4±2.3)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.599,P=0.118);调查问卷结果显示,观察组强化理论与实践结合和培养临床思维、重点与难点突出和高效获取知识及增加个人自律性和提高学习能力满意程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为7.0588、5.6250、5.6250,P值均<0.05);学习气氛活跃和增加师生互动、团队协作和人际交往能力、增加职业认同感和工作兴趣与喜欢这种教学模式4个项目满意度两组比较差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论在腹膜后肿瘤外科的教学中,采用PBL联合CBL的教学模式较传统教学效果更好。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of problem based-learning(PBL)combined with the case-based learning(CBL)teaching model in teaching surgical care of retroperitoneal tumours(RPT).Methods Forty nursing trainees in RPT surgery at our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were collected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups for a prospective study.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the observation group used the PBL combined with the CBL teaching mode.The t-test was used to compare the mean scores of theoretical and operational tests between the two groups,and theχ^(2) test was used to compare the clinical teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The mean score of the theoretical test in the observation group(89.1±4.4)was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.3±5.8),and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.965,P=0.005).The mean score of the operational test of the observation group was(93.5±2.1)higher than that of the control group(92.4±2.3),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(t=1.599,P=0.118).The questionnaire results showed that the observation group was significantly more satisfied with the improvement of the theory and practice combination and clinical thinking development,highlighting key points and difficulties and accessing knowledge efficiently and increasing personal self-discipline and learning ability,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=7.0588,5.6250,5.6250,all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the satisfaction of the four items of the active learning atmosphere and increased teacher-student interaction,teamwork and interpersonal skills,increased professional identity and interest in work and liking of this mode of teaching(all P>0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of PBL combined with CBL is more effective than traditional teaching in surgical teaching of retroperitoneal tumours.
