新中国第一套统编教材评析

摘　　要：新中国第一套统编教材是1954—1957年根据党中央指示,由教育部组织编审、人教社编辑出版、全国统一使用的中小学教材,也是抽调全国力量、组成“三结合”队伍集中会战而新编的一套全学科教材。这套教材从内容到形式都有很多的创新和发展,如教学大纲、教科书、教参配套,涵盖师范、工农部分学科,中学文学汉语分编,编写审查大致合一,小语课文采用手书体,讲求装帧设计和插图,署名全面翔实等。这套教材意义非凡,不但开启了我国教材建设“一纲一本、统编通用”的新时代,使以往各书坊和私人参与中小学教科书编写、出版和发行成为历史,而且积累了首次集全国之力编教材的经验,培养一批专业化人才,为后来多套统编教材的编出奠定了基础、提供了借鉴。The first set of unified textbooks in the People’s Republic of China is a set of primary and secondary school textbooks that were edited and reviewed by the Ministry of Education,published by People’s Education Press,and used nationwide in accordance with the instructions of the CPC Central Committee from 1954 to 1957.This is also a new set of all-subject textbooks that are newly compiled by drawing on national forces and forming a comprehensive team to focus on the campaign.This set of textbooks has many innovations and developments from content to form,such as providing a complete set of syllabus,textbooks and teaching guides;covering some subjects such as teacher training and agriculture and industry;compiling literature and Chinese textbooks separately at the secondary level;integrating the compiling and reviewing processes in general;adopting handwriting style for primary Chinese texts;pursuing exquisite binding design and illustrations;and having detailed authorship.This set of textbooks is of great significance,as it not only ushers in a new era of"preparing only one set of textbooks for one syllabus,with unified compilation and use"in China,but also makes the previous participation of various bookshops and private individuals in the writing,publishing and distribution of primary and secondary school textbooks a thing of the past.And for the first time,it accumulates the experience of gathering national efforts to compile textbooks,cultivates a group of professional talents,and lays the foundation and provides a reference for the subsequent compilation of many sets of unified textbooks.
