摘 要:新冠疫情防控背景下,大学生心理问题出现越发频繁,心理健康教育是大学生心理健康的重要防线,因此,如何更好地在心理健康教育课堂上开展心理辅导的实践与教育是一个重要的课题。本文将4F动态引导反思法应用于心理健康教育的课堂当中,希望通过在教师的带领下使学生能对已经发生的事情进行总结、感受和经验的交流分享,将课堂上的理念变成生活中的行为,改善学生的心理健康状况。本教学模式的应用有望有效的改善心理健康教育课程传统教学方法的弊端,使学生不仅掌握相关的心理学理论知识,更能实际增强学生的心理健康素质。Today,deeply affected by COVID-19,the psychological problems of college students are more and more frequent,and the mental health education classroom is an important line of defense for college students'mental health,so how to better practice and educate psychological counseling in the mental health education classroom is an important topic.In this paper,the 4F dynamic guided reflection method is applied to the classroom of mental health education,hoping to improve students'mental health in the long run by summarizing,feeling and sharing experiences of what has happened under the leadership of the teacher guide,and turning the ideas in the classroom into behaviors in life.The application of this teaching model is expected to effectively improve the drawbacks of traditional teaching methods in mental health education courses,so that students can not only master the relevant psychological theory knowledge,but also practically enhance the quality of their mental health.
