摘  要:目的:探讨河南省汉族正常中青年人群下肢神经电生理特点。方法:纳入330名正常受试者,测定其腓总神经、胫神经复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)末端运动潜伏期、波幅和运动神经传导速度(MCV),股神经CMAP潜伏期及波幅,腓肠神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)和感觉神经动作电位(SNAP)波幅。观察和记录胫骨前肌、股内侧肌、腓肠肌内侧头、股二头肌(短头)轻收缩时运动单位电位(MUAP)的时限和波幅。结果:男性受试者腓总神经、胫神经、股神经潜伏期更长(P<0.05);腓总神经MCV慢于女性,CMAP波幅高于女性(P<0.05);胫神经MCV与女性相比差异无统计学意义,CMAP波幅低于女性(P<0.05);股神经CMAP波幅与女性相比差异无统计学意义;腓肠神经SCV慢于女性(P<0.05),SNAP波幅与女性相比差异无统计学意义。男性胫骨前肌、股内侧肌、腓肠肌内侧头MUAP时限更宽(P<0.05)。随年龄增长,男、女受试者腓总神经、胫神经MCV减慢,CMAP波幅降低(P<0.05);股神经CMAP潜伏期延长(P<0.05);腓肠神经SNAP波幅降低(P<0.05)。随年龄增长,男性受试者胫骨前肌、腓肠肌内侧头MUAP波幅增高,股内侧肌、腓肠肌内侧头、股二头肌(短头)MUAP时限缩短(P<0.05);女性受试者胫骨前肌、股内侧肌MUAP波幅增高,股内侧肌MUAP时限缩短(P<0.05)。结论:不同性别、不同年龄段受试者神经电生理参数存在部分差异,在临床应用时,应参照相应正常值作出判断。Aim:To explore the lower extremity neuroelectrophysiological characteristics of normal young and middle-aged people with Han nationality in Henan Province.Methods:A total of 330 normal subjects were included for inspection.The compound muscle action potential(CMAP)distal motor latencies,amplitudes,and motor nerve conduction velocities of the common peroneal nerves and the tibial nerves,the CMAP latencies and amplitudes of the femoral nerves,and the sensory nerve conduction velocities and sensory nerve action potential(SNAP)amplitudes of the sural nerves were measured.The durations and amplitudes of motor unit action potential(MUAP)of the tibialis anterior muscle,vastus medialis muscle,gastrocnemius medial head,and biceps femoris(short head)during light contraction were observed and recorded.Results:The latencies of the common peroneal nerves,the tibial nerves and the femoral nerves were longer in males than in females(P<0.05);the motor nerve conduction velocities of the common peroneal nerves were slower,and the amplitudes of CMAP were higher in males(P<0.05);the CMAP amplitudes of the tibial nerves were lower in males(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the motor nerve conduction velocities between males and females;there was no significant difference in the CMAP amplitudes of the femoral nerves between males and females;the sensory nerve conduction velocities of the sural nerves were slower in males(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the SNAP amplitudes of the sural nerves between males and females.The durations of MUAP were wider in tibialis anterior muscle,vastus medialis muscle and gastrocnemius medial head in males(P<0.05).The motor nerve conduction velocities of the common peroneal nerves and the tibial nerves slowed and the CMAP amplitudes decreased with age in both males and females(P<0.05);the CMAP latencies of the femoral nerves prolonged with age(P<0.05);the SNAP amplitudes of the sural nerves decreased with age(P<0.05).The amplitudes of MUAP of the tibialis anterior mus
