中西医结合治疗对不完全性肠梗阻患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析为不完全性肠梗阻患者实施中西医结合治疗措施的效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月于北京市昌平区中医医院确诊为不完全性肠梗阻患者84例作为研究主体,遵循方便抽样法分为两组,各42例。对照组患者于治疗期间应用西医治疗措施,观察组应用中西医结合治疗,对比分析临床治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组肿瘤坏死因子-α、血清白介素-1β及白细胞介素-4均高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于不完全性肠梗阻患者治疗期间应用中西医结合治疗措施效果较为显著,在促进患者胃肠功能恢复的同时可以降低机体炎性因子水平,有利于提升临床治疗效果,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods:A total of 84 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction who were diagnosed in Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups by convenient sampling method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine treatment and the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.The clinical treatment effects were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to the first exhaust,the time to recover bowel sounds and the time to the first defecation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1βand interleukin-4 in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment measures during the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction patients is relatively significant.It can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body,which is beneficial to improve the clinical treatment effect.It is worthy of promotion.
