创疡再生医疗技术治愈AML化疗致左下肢慢性难愈合创面1例报告

摘　　要：给予2020年4月泸州普惠外科医院收治的1例急性髓细胞性白血病(AML)化学药物治疗(简称化疗)致左下肢慢性难愈合创面患者的局部创面采用创疡再生医疗技术治疗,治疗164d时,创面基本愈合,患者出院;出院后4个月随访,创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生,患肢形态及功能正常。A patient with a chronic refractory wound at left lower extremity following acute myelogenous leukemia(AML)chemotherapy,admitted into Luzhou Puhui Surgical Hospital in April 2020,was treated with the regenerative medical technology for burns,wounds and ulcers(MEBT/MEBO).After 164 days of treatment,the wound was healed basically and the patient was discharged from hospital.During the follow-up four months after discharge,the wound was healed completely,no obvious scar hyperplasia was observed on the healed skin and the shape and function of the affected limb restored to normal level.
