代际转移加剧了收入不平等吗?

摘　　要：使用中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2008—2017年的调查数据,构建省际面板数据模型研究代际转移对收入不平等的影响,并对机会不平等的分解框架进行扩展,测算代际转移如何影响收入不平等。得出以下主要结论:第一,我国居民之间的收入差距较大,代际传递现象明显;第二,代际转移对收入不平等程度的影响方向为正,代际转移导致的机会不平等一定程度上加剧了居民收入不平等现象;第三,由于代际传递导致的机会不平等对整体收入不平等的直接影响较高;第四,将不同年份的全效应贡献率和偏效应贡献率进行对比发现,全效应贡献率与偏效应贡献率相差不大,代际转移对收入不平等的直接影响占主导,间接影响的贡献较弱,代际转移是引致我国居民收入不平等的主要原因。Using the survey data of Chinese General Social Survey from 2008 to 2017,this paper constructs an inter-provincial panel data model to study the impact of intergenerational transfer on income inequality,and extends decomposition framework of opportunity inequality to calculate the extent to which intergenerational transfer affects income inequality.The main conclusions are as follows:firstly,the income gap between Chinese residents is large,and the phenomenon of intergenerational transmission is obvious.Secondly,the regression results of panel data model show that the influence of intergenerational transfer on the degree of income inequality is positive,and the opportunity inequality caused by intergenerational transfer to some extent aggravates the income inequality phenomenon of residents.Thirdly,the direct influence of opportunity inequality caused by intergenerational transmission on the overall income inequality in China is relatively high.Fourthly,comparing the contribution rates of full effect and partial effect of each year shows that there is little difference between the contribution rates of full effect and partial effect.The direct influence of intergenerational transfer on income inequality is dominant,while the indirect influence contribution is weak.The intergenerational transmission is the main reason for the income inequality of residents.
