摘 要:蒙东某地区属于典型的风火打捆弱外送系统,受联络通道发生跨线故障后暂态功角、电压和频率稳定制约,整体外送能力和风电消纳能力严重不足。对此,首先分析风电机组接入电网的低电压故障过程功率特性,阐明风电机组接入对同步机系统功角和频率特性的影响机理;接着根据该地区实际运行特性,因地制宜提出优化的安全稳定校核与控制方案;最后应用电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)进行仿真计算。结果表明,优化的安全稳定校核与控制方案能有效提升该地区的整体外送能力和风电消纳能力,可作为缓解风电消纳受限的临时过渡措施。The power grid in a region of Eastern Inner Mongolia is a typical wind thermal bundled weak outgoing delivery system.It re⁃stricts transient power angle,voltage and frequency stability after a cross⁃line fault occuring on the contacted channel.The overall out⁃going delivery capability and the wind power absorption capacity are seriously in sufficient.In response to this,it firstly analyzes the power characteristics of low voltage fault process of wind turbine generator connected to power grid.The influence mechanism of wind turbine generator connected to power angle and frequency characteristics of synchro system is illustrated.Then according to the actual operation characteristics in the region,it puts forward the optimized security and stability check and control scheme.Finally,The sim⁃ulation calculation is applied to power system analysis software package(PSASP).The results show that the optimized security and sta⁃bility check and control scheme can effectively improve the overall outgoing delivery capacity and wind power consumption capacity in the region,which can be used as a temporary transitional measure to alleviate the limitation of wind power consumption.
