摘  要:目的:评价基于“岗位胜任力”的针灸推拿专业硕士研究生推拿临床实习教学模式的教学效果。方法:选取我校2020级针灸推拿专业硕士研究生60人,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组30人。试验组采用基于“岗位胜任力”的实习教学模式。对照组采用传统临床实习教学法,以临床跟诊为主。2个月后,对两组学生的教学效果分别采用笔试、实践考核与问卷调查相结合的考核方法进行评价。结果:试验组学生的病例分析成绩、笔试成绩总分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,试验组学生的问诊思辨成绩、体格检查成绩、手法操作成绩及实践成绩总分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,对教师授课内容、方式、方法等方面进行问卷调查显示,试验组学生对于基于“岗位胜任力”的针灸推拿专业硕士研究生推拿科临床实习教学模式是比较认可的,而对照组则对现行教学模式表达了希望有所改进的意愿。结论:基于“岗位胜任力”的针灸推拿专业硕士研究生推拿临床实习教学模式具有较好的临床教学效果,有必要进行深入研究与应用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Tuina clinical practice teaching mode for postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and Tuina based on"post competence".Methods:Totally 60 postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and Tuina in 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group adopted the practice teaching mode based on"post competency".The control group used the traditional clinical practice teaching method,mainly clinical follow-up.Two months later,the teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by the combination of written examination,practical examination and questionnaire survey.Results:The scores of case analysis and written examination in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the scores of"interrogation",physical examination,manipulation and the total scores of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the questionnaire survey on Teachers'teaching contents,methods and other aspects shows that the students in the experimental group are more recognized for the clinical practice teaching mode of massage department for postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and massage based on"post competence",while the students in the control group express their willingness to improve the current teaching mode.Conclusion:The Tuina clinical practice teaching mode for postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and Tuina based on"post competence"has good clinical teaching effect,and it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and application.
