摘 要:水量平衡是一个相对的概念,指在一定的保证率下的水量供需平衡。因此,在进行水资源平衡分析之前,首先确定灌溉设计保证率。由于项目区处于亚热带向暖温带过渡地区,属北亚热带季风型大陆气候,以小麦、玉米等旱作农业为主,依据《河南省地方标准用水定额》,同时结合当地实际情况和乡镇意见,确定灌溉设计保证率为75%。Water balance is a relative concept, which refers to the water supply and demand balance under a certain guarantee rate.Therefore, the irrigation design guarantee rate is first determined before conducting the water resource balance analysis. As the project area is in the transition zone from subtropical zone to warm temperate zone, which belongs to the northern subtropical monsoon continental climate, it mainly focuses on dry farming such as wheat and corn. According to the local Standard Water Quota of Henan Province, and the local actual situation and township opinions, the irrigation design guarantee rate is 75%.
