摘 要:“初中起点六年制”教师教育模式是我国小学师资培养的一个重大创举。以湖南第一师范学院“初中起点六年制”体育师范生为例,研究农村卓越小学体育教师教育问题。提出“初中起点六年制”是卓越小学体育教师行之有效的教育模式,其教育实践探索包括:招生选拔方式、“2+4分段”培养模式、“三性一体”课程体系、“双轨制”与“一体两翼”的技能实践、教育联盟式的协同培养等;落实教师教育政策、创新教师教育模式、完善培养课程体系、建立训练体系机制、拓展协同培养形式等将是农村小学体育教师教育的发展方向。The six-year teacher education model starting from junior high school graduation is an important initiative of primary school teacher training in China.Taking Hunan First Normal University as an example,this paper studies the education of excellent PE teachers in rural primary schools.It is proposed that the six-year system of junior high school starting point is an effective education model for excellent primary school physical education teachers,and its training practice exploration includes enrollment selection mode,“2+4”segmentation training mode,three in one curriculum system,skill practice of“two track system”and“one in two wings”,collaborative training mechanism of education alliance,etc.The development direction of rural primary school physical education teachers'education will be to implement the teacher training policy,innovate the teacher education mode,improve the training curriculum system,establish the training system mechanism,and expand the cooperative training mechanism.
