摘  要:目的:探讨全自动顶空气相色谱法测定水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳含量的方法。方法:采用岛津HS-10全自动顶空进样器,岛津GC-2030气相色谱仪检测水样中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳。结果:三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的标准曲线相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9997,方法检出限分别为0.06μg/L和0.01μg/L,方法回收率为99.5%~100.0%,RSD(n=6)<3.50%。结论:该方法简便快速,满足国家标准方法的要求,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可用于水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的检测。Objective:To explore a method for the determination of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in water by automatic headspace gas chromatography.Method:Shimadzu HS-10 automatic headspace sampler and Shimadzu GC-2030 gas chromatograph were used to detect chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in water samples.Result:The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride were 0.9995 and 0.9997 respectively,and the detection limits of the method were 0.06μg/L and 0.01μg/L.The recovery was 99.5%~100.0%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 3.50%.Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid,meets the requirements of the national standard method,has good precision and accuracy,and can be used for the determination of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in water.
