摘 要:目的:研究黄精多糖的水提醇沉工艺及含量测定。方法:运用响应面法,以黄精多糖得率为评价指标,对粒度、料液比、pH以及提取时间4个影响因素进行考察,优化水提醇沉法提取黄精多糖的工艺。结果:选取粒度80目,料液比1∶26,pH 9.5,提取时间2.4 h时,黄精多糖的得率为4.21%,与理论预测值4.38%大致符合。结论:该工艺参数稳定可行,可用于黄精多糖的分离及提取。Objective:To study the water extraction and alcohol precipitation process and content determination of Polygonatum polysaccharides.Method:Using response surface method to evaluate the yield of Polygonatum polysaccharides,the four influencing factors were investigated,such as particle size,solid-liquid ratio,pH and extraction time;at the same time,the extraction process of extracting Polygonatum polysaccharides by water extraction and alcohol precipitation was optimized.Result:Under the conditions of particle size 80 mesh,solidliquid ratio 1∶26,pH 9.5 and extraction time 2.4 h,the yield of Polygonatum polysaccharide was 4.21%,which was roughly in line with the theoretical prediction value of 4.38%.Conclusion:The process parameters are stable and feasible,and can be used for the separation and extraction of Polygonatum polysaccharides.
