摘 要:为探讨不同外生菌根真菌与黑松(Pinus thunbergii)的共生特性,选用黑孢块菌(Tuber melanosporum)、丽江块菌(T.lijiangense)、假喜马拉雅块菌(T.pseudohimalayense)、台湾块菌(T.formosanum)、波氏块菌(T.borchii)、印度块菌(T.indicum)、松毛蛋须腹菌(Rizopogen songmaodan)和彩色豆马勃(Pisolithus tinctorius)8种外生菌根真菌,采用孢子接种与黑松进行菌根合成,对接种后菌根的侵染情况、形态和解剖特征进行分析。结果表明:除黑孢块菌、印度块菌和彩色豆马勃外,其余5种真菌均与黑松形成菌根。丽江块菌、假喜马拉雅块菌、台湾块菌和波氏块菌与黑松形成菌根的形态较为相似,呈二叉状或珊瑚状,颜色呈黄棕色至深棕色,外菌套呈典型的迷宫状;丽江块菌和波氏块菌与黑松形成菌根的外延菌丝呈刚毛状,假喜马拉雅块菌和台湾块菌与黑松形成菌根的外延菌丝呈卷曲毛发状。松毛蛋须腹菌与黑松形成的菌根呈棒状,表面包裹一层白色的外延菌丝。The symbiotic characteristics of different ectomycorrhizal fungi and Pinus thunbergii were explored.Axenically germinated seedlings of P.thunbergii in greenhouse were inoculated with spore suspensions of eight ectomycorrhizal fungi(EMF)species,including Tuber melanosporum,T.lijiangense,T.pseudohimalayense,T.formosanum,T.borchii,T.indicum,Rhizopogon songmaodan and Pisolithus tinctorius,respectively.The obtained mycorrhizae were analyzed for morphological and anatomical characteristics.Six months after inoculation,P.thunbergii successfully formed mycorrhizal roots with T.lijiangense,T.pseudohimalayense,T.formosanum,T.borchii and R.songmaodan.The mycorrhizae of P.thunbergii with T.lijiangense,T.pseudohimalayense,T.formosanum,T.borchii looked similar in morphology,showing a typical dichotomous or irregularly pinnate appearance,yellow-brownish to dark-brownish color,and a typical maze-like outer mantle.The mycorrhizae of P.thunbergii with T.lijiangense and T.borchii had spiky and hyaline emanating cystidiae,while the mycorrhizae of P.thunbergii with T.pseudohimalayense and T.formosanum produced long hyaline emanating hyphae with right-angle ramifications.The mycorrhizal roots formed by P.thunbergii and R.songmaodan were rod-shaped and covered with a layer of white emanating hyphae.
