高职鞋类专业“三段三进”式专创融合培养模式探讨与研究

摘　　要：专创融合教育是目前高职院校提高学生专业能力以及双创能力的主要途径,在“双创”发展背景下,高职院校对创新创业教育保持高度重视,对专业培养模式、培养目标、课程体系等方面围绕创新创业教育做了一定程度改革。现阶段高职院校在创新创业教育理念融入专业教育的过程中,依然存在一些不足,对培养学生创新创业精神、创新创业技能质量上还有待提升,因此,高职教育应当结合自身专业的特点和现状,积极探索创新创业教育与专业课程体系有机融合的方法和路径。文章主要对浙工贸鞋类专业全面提升专业人才培养质量、构建“三段三进”式专创融合培养模式进行分析论述,为高职教育做好创新创业教育提供一些参考。The integration of professional and creative education is the main way for higher vocational colleges to improve students'professional ability and entrepreneurship and innovation ability at present.Under the development background of"entrepreneurship and innovation",higher vocational colleges pay high attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and have made a certain degree of reform around innovation and entrepreneurship education in terms of professional training mode,training objectives,curriculum system and so on.At this stage,higher vocational colleges still have some deficiencies in the process of integrating the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education,and the quality of cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and skills needs to be improved.Therefore,higher vocational education should actively explore the methods and paths of the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional curriculum system in combination with the characteristics and current situation of its own specialty.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the comprehensive improvement of professional talent training quality of Zhejiang industry and trade footwear major and the construction of the"three stages and three entry"professional innovation integration training mode,so as to provide some references for higher vocational education to do a good job in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
