摘 要:目的采用透光法探究不同硅橡胶材料对记录咬合信息的影响。方法纳入13名志愿者,分别用PuttySoft、Light Body及O-bite进行咬合记录,并设为PuttySoft组、Light Body组、O-bite组。采用透光法获取咬合记录的平面图像,用图像处理软件Image J生成8位灰度图。本实验拟定50μm以下厚度为实际接触、50~100μm厚度为接近接触,以50μm及以下厚度接触结合牙面解剖形态记录咬合接触点数目,以100μm及以下厚度接触为标准测量咬合接触面积。将结果进行统计学分析,比较组间差异。结果O-bite组咬合接触面积为(65.57±34.82)mm^(2),Light Body组为(63.86±30.21)mm^(2),PuttySoft组为(74.31±33.76)mm^(2);PuttySoft组咬合接触面积最大,与O-bite组、Light Body组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);O-bite组和Light Body组咬合接触面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。O-bite组咬合接触点数目为(27.23±8.36)个,Light Body组为(30.23±9.36)个,PuttySoft组为(26.92±7.79)个;与O-bite组和PuttySoft组比较,Light Body组咬合接触点数目最多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PuttySoft组和O-bite组咬合接触点数目比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Light Body在记录咬合信息时较PuttySoft和O-bite精度更高,推荐临床使用;硅橡胶材料记录咬合信息时缺乏一致性,作为“金标准”有待进一步完善。Objective To explore the effect of different silicone rubber materials on recording occlusal information by light transmission method.Methods A total of 13 volunteers were enrolled and the PuttySoft,Light Body and O-bite were used for occlusal registration,respectively,and they were set as the PuttySoft group,the Light Body group and the O-bite group.The plane image of the occlusal registration was acquired by the light transmission method,and the 8-bit grayscale image was generated by the image processing software Image J.In this experiment,the thickness below 50μm was considered as the actual contact,the thickness from 50μm to 100μm was considered as the near contact.The number of occlusal contact points was recorded with the thickness of 50μm and below contact combined with the anatomical morphology of the tooth surface,and the occlusal contact area was measured with the thickness of 100μm and below contact as the standard.The results were statistically analyzed and the differences between groups were compared.Results The occlusal contact area was(65.57±34.82)mm^(2) in the O-bite group,(63.86±30.21)mm^(2) in the Light Body group and(74.31±33.76)mm^(2) in the PuttySoft group.The occlusal contact area in the PuttySoft group was the largest,which had statistically significant differences as compared with those in the O-bite group and the Light Body group(P<0.05);but there was no statistically significant difference in the occlusal contact area between the O-bite group and the Light Body group(P>0.05).The number of occlusal contact points in the O-bite group was(27.23±8.36),(30.23±9.36)in the Light Body group,and(26.92±7.79)in the PuttySoft group.Compared with the O-bite group and PuttySoft group,the number of occlusal contact points in the Light Body group was the most,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of occlusal contact points between the PuttySoft group and the O-bite group(P>0.05).Conclusion Light Body has high
