摘 要:目的探究不同盖印条件下光敏印章印文线条宽度的变化规律,为印章印文检验鉴定提供指导性建议。方法实验通过控制变量,在不同盖印条件下盖印印文样本并测量印文线条宽度,采用平均指标和变异指标相结合的统计方法,对实验数据进行统计分析。结果同一枚光敏印章印面上不同粗细的线条,在相同盖印条件下,印文线条宽度的变化量趋近一致;同一枚光敏印章印面上的线条,在其他盖印条件保持适中水平时,当盖印压力变化范围在15~80 N,其印文线条宽度变化区间约为[-0.11 mm,0.14 mm];当印油量变化范围在0.5~2 mL,其印文线条宽度变化区间约为[-0.15 mm,0.08 mm];当印章与纸面接触的持续时间变化范围在0.5~5 s,其印文线条宽度变化区间约为[-0.16 mm,0.06 mm]。结论光敏印章印文的线条宽度在不同盖印条件下具有稳定的变化区间;印面上不同粗细的线条在相同盖印条件下的宽度变化量趋近相同,但在盖印条件变化时,较粗线条宽度测量值的稳定性与反映性较好。所以,在选取印文线条宽度作为比对特征时,应选取较粗的线条进行测量比对,测量结果的精确度更高。Objective To explore the variation about width of imprinted line from photosensitive seal stamped under different conditions so as to provide reference for inspection and identification of stamped seal and word. Methods The experiment was carried out with variables controlling, having the sampling seals stamped under different conditions so that the relevant measurement was to conduct into the width of imprinted lines from seal and/or word. The measured data were to statistically analyze with combination of average and variant indexes. Results For same one photosensitive seal, its thicknessdifferent imprinted lines stamped from same condition would render their varying extent of width approaching to uniformity,thereby having shown under moderate stamping conditions as: 15~80Newton stamping pressures causing the imprinted lines changing their width among the scope of [-0.11mm, 0.14mm];0.5~2mL stamping inks resulting in the imprinted lines varying their width within the approximate confi ne of [-0.15mm, 0.08mm];0.5~5second duration of contact between seal and paper leading the imprinted lines altering their width about the range of [-0.16mm, 0.06mm]. Conclusions The imprinted line from same one photosensitive seal gets its width into a stable variation range under different stamping conditions, demonstrating those of discrepant thickness tending to be identical under same stamping condition yet the various stamping conditions making the thicker lines measured of their width more stable and better refl ectivity. Therefore, those thicker lines imprinted from seal should be preferential to select for measurement and comparison, hence guaranteeing the accuracy of measurement and identifi cation.
