摘　　要：2021年是“十四五”规划的开局之年。通过对中美高校图书馆招聘图书馆学人才的信息进行对比分析,思考“十四五”时期高校图书馆人才招聘的发展方向。对中美共47所高校图书馆近3年招聘图书馆学专业人才的信息进行收集整理,采用网络调查法和内容分析法从岗位设置和对应聘者的要求两方面对比分析中美高校图书馆招聘信息的异同之处。基于以上信息,从高校图书馆建设、图书馆人才培养以及图书馆学专业学生自身发展方面提出相关建议,以促进我国高校图书馆可持续发展。2021 is the first year of the“14 th Five-Year Plan”.Through the comparative analysis of the recruitment of library science talents in Chinese and American university libraries,this research analyzes the trend of the recruitment of library science talents in universities during the“14 th Five-year Plan”period.By collecting and sorting out the recruitment information of students majoring library science of 47 university libraries in China and the US in the past three years,this paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of recruitment information in Chinese and American university libraries from the aspects of post setting and requirements for applicants by using network survey method and content analysis method.Based on the above information,relevant suggestions are proposed to promote the sustainable development of university libraries in China in terms of the construction of university libraries,the cultivation of library talents and the development of students majoring in library science.
