基于多维贫困理论的高校帮扶模式探析——以西南交通大学帮扶小凉山地区某村为例

摘　　要：众多学者对我国精准扶贫和乡村振兴的实践和理论进行了研究,但以“多维贫困”的视角、突出高校独特优势的研究还很少。通过阐述多维贫困的由来及其特点,分析精准扶贫和乡村振兴存在精准识别、精准帮扶、长远目标的多维需求。并以西南交通大学帮扶小凉山地区某村为例,介绍该校创新“入局—破局—布局”的“三步走”帮扶路径和“教育+治理+产业+交通”的多维帮扶模式,以期为乡村振兴贡献更多的高校方案和经验智慧。Targeted poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization should take“ability”as the core,and the development of“ability”is multidimensional.This paper expounds the origin and characteristics of“multi-dimensional poverty”,and analyzes the multi-dimensional needs of accurate identification,accurate assistance and long-term goals for targeted poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization.Taking Southwest Jiaotong University as an example to help a village in Xiaoliangshan area,this paper introduces the“threestep”assistance path of“intervening,breaking,arranging/planning”and the“multi-dimensional assistance”mode of“education+transportation+industry+governance”,in order to contribute more college programs and experience and wisdom to the Rural Revitalization.
