摘 要:【目的】明确散叶生菜各品种性状间关系并筛选出最优品种,为育种工作建立良好基础,促进北京及周边地区的推广。【方法】利用多元统计分析法和隶属函数评估法对散叶生菜主要农艺性状及营养品质进行分析、比较。【结果】鲜质量与株高、展幅、叶长和叶片数间呈现显著相关性;农艺性状变异系数均大于20%,营养指标中维生素E、维生素C、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白变异系数均大于20%,存在丰富的遗传多样性;LE18119的平均隶属函数值为0.61,隶属函数值评分最高。【结论】供试材料中LE18119为最优品种。【Objective】The experiment is in order to clarify the relationship between characters of leaf lettuce varieties and screen out the best variety,establish a good breeding foundation and promote the cultivation of leaf lettuce around Beijing areas.【Methods】Multivariate statistical analysis and membership function evaluation method were used to analyze and compare the main characters and nutritional quality of leaf lettuce.【Results】The results showed that fresh weight was significantly correlated with plant height,leaf width,leaf length and number of leaves.The coefficient of variation of agronomic traits were all greater than 20%,and the coefficient of variation of nutritional indexes of Vitamin E,Vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein were all greater than 20%,which indicates rich genetic diversity.The average membership function value of LE18119 is 0.61,and the score of membership function value is the highest.【Conclusion】LE18119 was selected as the best variety.
