摘  要:针对目前边坡稳定性评价中单一赋权方法的缺陷和组合赋权法的不足,引入相似性度量评价,建立基于基尼系数法和超标加权法的组合权重优化方法,并运用TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)对岩质边坡稳定性进行评价,构建了基于组合权重-TOPSIS的评价模型;以10个水电岩质边坡为例,选取单轴抗压强度、结构面间距、结构面特征、RQD、地下水条件、结构面方向指标、开挖方法、边坡高度为评价指标,建立等级标准,依据该模型得到岩质边坡稳定性评价结果,并与其他模型结果及边坡实际情况进行了对比验证。结果表明,构建模型所得结果与实际情况一致,优于其他模型结果,该评价模型合理可行,可用于岩质边坡稳定性评价。To overcome the shortcomings of the single weighting method and combination weighting method in slope stability evaluation,the similarity measure evaluation method has been introduced and a combined weight optimization model based on the gini coefficient method and the superstandard weighting method has been established to improve the combination weighting effect in this paper.Furthermore,the basic TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)was used to evaluate the rock slope stability.Then an evaluation model based on TOPSIS and combined weight optimization model was built to evaluate slope stability.To verify the feasibility of the evaluation model,the proposed model was used to evaluate the stability of ten hydropower rock slopes.Then the evaluation index grade criterion of slope stability was constructed by improving the traditional evaluation index system of CSMR.Eight evaluation indexes including uniaxial compressive strength,discontinuity spacing,characteristics of structural plan,RQD,groundwater conditions,direction index of structural plans,excavation method,and slope height were selected,and an evaluation grading standard was established.The index of direction index of structural plans considers the failure mode of the slope and the relationship between the joint orientation and slope surface orientation.In addition,the evaluation index grade criterion divided the slope stability into 5 categories:very stable,stable,relatively stable,unstable,and very unstable.The results show that,compared with the traditional combination weight methods,this model improves the effect of weight combination,and the reliability of the weighting results is 43.58%,while the reliability of traditional combination weight methods is 8.55%-21.84%;Compared with other evaluation models,the evaluation results of the proposed model are more consistent with the actual situation of slopes,which shows the model in this paper has good applicability and high accuracy.It provides scientific basis for the stabil
