安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形正颌术后复发情况及影响因素研究进展

摘　　要：正颌手术能够快速有效地矫治安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形,术后复发是影响患者面型和咬合功能的重要因素之一。安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形正颌术后复发比例较高,影响因素较多,包括上下颌骨手术中位移量、髁突重塑、特发性髁突吸收、肌肉的持续牵拉、内固定的选择、患者自身情况、术后正畸、咬合平衡的重建与手术技巧等,且各因素之间有交互作用。通过文献复习和总结,本文拟对安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形正颌术后复发情况和影响因素作一综述,以期对预防术后复发提供依据。Angle s classⅡmalocclusion can be quickly and effectively corrected by orthognathic surgery.Skeletal relapse after orthognathic surgery is one of the prominent factors affecting the postoperative facial shape and occlusal function.The recurrence rate is rather high as a result of the interaction of many factors,including the amount of skeletal displacement,condyle remodeling,idiopathic condylar resorption,continuous traction of muscles,choice of internal fixation,patient s condition,postoperative orthodontics,reconstruction of occlusal balance,surgeon skills and so on.By literature review and summary,this paper reviewed the recurrence and risk factors of Angle s classⅡmalocclusion after orthognathic surgery in order to provide some evidence for prevention of skeletal relapse.
