摘  要:针对化学学科的发展趋势,以及化学类高素质人才培养中对知识结构向纵深、交叉融合方向发展的需要,以提升学生综合能力,培养科学、人文素养为核心目标,吉林大学化学学院传承老一辈化学家的教育思想和教学传统,提出以“三范式”和“四融合”为特征的人才培养模式,并探索了有效育人路径,讨论了保障措施和实施成效。该模式具有普适性,可为基础学科本科人才培养方案的设计和教学计划的安排提供依据和借鉴。In response to the development of chemistry and the need for knowledge structure to develop in depth and cross-integration in the cultivation of high-quality talents in chemistry,it is the core objective to improve students’comprehensive abilities and cultivate scientific and humanistic qualities.College of Chemistry of Jilin University has inherited the educational ideas and teaching traditions of the older generation of chemists,forwarding the talent training mode with the characteristics of“three paradigms”and“four integrations”.It explores the effective ways to education and discusses the safeguard measures and achievements.The mode has universal applicability and can provide the basis and reference for the design of undergraduate talent training program and the arrangement of teaching plan in basic disciplines.
