灵芝活性蛋白和多肽研究进展及展望

摘　　要：灵芝是我国传统菌类中药,以其丰富的活性产物和广泛的药理作用而闻名,收录于中国药典和美国草药药典与治疗纲要。灵芝的主要活性物质包括多糖类、三萜类、蛋白类等化合物。灵芝蛋白类活性产物包括灵芝蛋白、灵芝多肽和糖肽,灵芝蛋白类活性产物具有免疫调节、抗高血压、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化等药理作用。从灵芝蛋白类活性物质的种类、药理活性等方面进行了综述,并对相关研究领域进行了展望,以期为更好研究开发灵芝这一宝贵菌类中药资源,并将其应用到医药、食品等相关领域提供参考。Ganodermais a traditional fungus Chinese medicine in China.It is famous in the world for its rich active metabolites and a wide range of pharmacological effects.It is included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia and Therapeutic Compendium.The main active substances of Ganoderma include polysaccharides,triterpenoids,proteins and other compounds.Many studies have shown that the active protein-like substances include Ganoderma protein,polypeptides and glycopeptides.Pharmacological studies have shown that the active proteinlike substances have the pharmacological effects of immune regulation,anti-hypertension,antitumor,anti-virus and anti-oxidation.In this paper,the types and pharmacological activities of active protein-like substances of Ganoderma were reviewed,and the related research fields were prospected,so as to provide data for better research and development of Ganoderma,a valuable fungus resource of traditional Chinese medicine,and its application in medicine,food and other related fields.
