摘 要:为了突破现代家具产品的创新思路,文章应用图案构成法、形态解析法完成典型文化元素与目标产品造型的特征归纳,调研获取用户需求特征并设计正交试验;依据最优试验组合生成设计方案,采取用户偏好评价法筛选出最优方案,验证设计方法的可行性。选取回纹为典型文化元素、玫瑰椅为目标载体完成基于正交试验的产品设计。实例证明,以传统元素的提取再造、产品形态的解构重组为切入点,结合正交试验所提出家具设计新方法可行有效。In order to break through the innovative ideas of modern furniture products,the paper uses pattern composition method and morphological analysis method to complete the characteristic induction of typical cultural elements and target product shapes,investigates and obtains user demand characteristics and designs orthogonal tests;The user preference evaluation method is adopted to screen out the optimal solution to verify the feasibility of the design method.The article selects the fringe as the typical cultural element and the rose chair as the target carrier to complete the product design based on the orthogonal test.The example proves that the new method of furniture design combined with orthogonal experiment is feasible and effective,taking the extraction and reconstruction of traditional elements and the deconstruction and reorganization of product form as the breakthrough point.
