摘　　要：目的 探讨老年性认知障碍影像解剖学研究中MRI标准化测量的应用价值.方法 选取老年性认知障碍患者60例,其中轻度认知障碍(MCI)24例,阿尔茨海默病(AD)36例,选取同期健康志愿者40例作为对照组.对3组研究对象进行头颅MRI扫描,获得相关数据后进行统计学分析.主要指标包括:前角指数(FHI)、哈氏值(HI)、三脑室宽度(TVW)、脑室指数(VI)、皮层脑沟宽度(CSW)、外侧裂宽度(LFW)、左侧海马体积(LHPV)、右侧海马体积(RHPV)以及颅脑容量(ICV).结果 3组FHI、HI、TVW以及LFW 4项线性指标组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两两之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有海马体积指标LHPV、RHPV、ICV、左侧标准体积以及右侧标准体积,MCI组与AD组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 老年性认知障碍患者使用MRI标准化测量有简便易行的优势.Objective To explore the application value of MRI standardized measurement in the research of imaging anatomy of elderly cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 60 patients with elderly cognitive impairment were admitted,including 24 mild cognitive impairment(MCI)patients and 36 Alzheimer's disease(AD)patients.At the same time,40 healthy patients were selected as the control group.Head MRI scans were performed on the three groups of subjects,and relevant data were obtained for statistical analysis.The main indicators include:fnterior horn index(FHI),Hastelloy index(HI),three ventricle width(TVW),ventricular index(VI),cortical sulcus width(CSW),lateral fissure width(LFW),left side hippocampal volume(LHPV),right side hippocampal volume(RHPV)and intracranial volume(ICV).Results The four linear indicators of FHI,HI,TVW and LFW in the three groups differed statistically(P<0.05),and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);all hippocampal volume indicators LHPV,RHPV,ICV,left standard volume and right standard volume,the MCI group was significantly different from the AD group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of MRI standardized measurement in patients with elderly cognitive impairment has the advantages of simplicity and ease.
