摘　　要：目的探讨双侧丘脑底核深部电刺激对帕金森病(PD)患者精神状态,认知功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月~2020年12月期间80例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组40例给予盐酸普拉克索治疗,观察组40例联合双侧丘脑底核深部电刺激治疗(STN-DBS),对比两组患者精神状态,认知功能,睡眠质量。结果治疗后观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA),汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),夜间睡眠总质量,失眠,睡后精力恢复,日间嗜睡等评分低于对照组,蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA),简明精神状态量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在盐酸普拉克索的基础上增加双侧丘脑底核深部电刺激术治疗可以有效改善患者的临床症状,通过改善患者的精神状态,促进认知功能以及睡眠质量的提高。Objective The effect of deep brain electrical stimulation of the bilateral subthalamic nucleus on the mental state,cognitive function and sleep quality of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods From January 2017 to December 2020 in our hospital,80 patients with Parkinson's disease were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with pramipexole hydrochloride,and the observation group(n=40)were added with deep brain stimulation therapy(STN-DBS)in the bilateral subthalamic nucleus.The mental state,cognitive function,and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),total quality of night sleep,insomnia,energy recovery after sleep,and daytime sleepiness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),the Concise Mental State Scale(MMSE)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of pramipexole hydrochloride,the treatment of deep brain stimulation of the bilateral subthalamic nucleus can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and promote the improvement of cognitive function and sleep quality by improving the patient's mental state.
