摘　　要：目的对妊娠梅毒患者在不同孕期开展治疗,分析对患者的妊娠结局和心理状态的影响。方法2018年1月~2020年12月,挑选62例妊娠梅毒患者,根据妊娠期分为观察组(n=31),孕早期(≤16孕周),对照组(n=31),孕晚期(>16孕周),两组均进行苄星青霉素治疗,观察组合并心理干预,比较两组治疗效果,妊娠结局,新生儿结局,SAS,SDS评分,新生儿出生情况。结果与对照组进行比较,观察组体质量明显提高(P<0.05),心率,呼吸更稳定(P<0.05),妊娠结局,新生儿结局更优(P<0.05),SAS,SDS评分降低(P<0.05),治疗有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论在孕早期进行心理干预联合妊娠梅毒治疗,可以改善患者的心理状态,减轻抑郁焦虑心态,促进良好的妊娠和新生儿结局,治疗效果显著,新生儿出生后状况良好。Objective To analyze the effects of treatment of pregnant syphilis in different pregnancy stages on pregnancy outcome and mental state.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,62 pregnant syphilis patients were selected and divided into observation group(n=31),early pregnancy(≤16 gestational weeks),control group(n=31)and late pregnancy(>16 gestational weeks).Both groups were treated with benzylpenicillin.The observation group was added psychological intervention.The treatment effects,pregnancy outcomes,neonatal outcomes,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the body mass of the observation group was better(P<0.05),the heart rate and respiration were more stable(P<0.05),the pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome were better(P<0.05),the scores of SAS and SDS were lower(P<0.05),and the effective rate of treatment was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with pregnancy syphilis treatment in the early stage of pregnancy can improve the psychological state of patients,reduce depression and anxiety,promote good pregnancy and neonatal outcome.The treatment effect is significant.
