放松训练对围术期胃癌患者应激反应,情绪及睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨放松训练在胃癌围术期患者中的应用效果,及其对患者的应激反应,焦虑抑郁情绪,睡眠质量的影响。方法选取我院2020年1月~2021年1月期间收治的103例胃癌行手术治疗患者进行研究,采用抽签法将患者分为两组,对照组51例给予围术期管理及心理治疗,观察组52例联合放松训练,对比患者手术效果,应激反应,焦虑抑郁情绪,免疫功能,睡眠质量,疲乏状态。结果治疗后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS),匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI),Piper疲乏量表评分,心率,舒张压,收缩压,CD8+水平均低于对照组,CD4+/CD8+,CD4+,CD3+水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组手术效果比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放松训练辅助治疗可以更有效改善胃癌围术期患者焦虑抑郁情绪,进而促进免疫功能,疲乏程度,睡眠治疗的恢复,缓解患者应激反应,但对手术效果无显著影响。Objective To explore the effect of relaxation training in perioperative patients with gastric cancer,and its effect on stress response,anxiety and depression,and sleep quality.Methods A total of 103 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for research.The patients were divided into two groups by lottery.51 cases in the control group were given perioperative management and psychological treatment.In the observation group,52 cases were combined with relaxation training,and the results of surgery,stress response,anxiety and depression,immune function,sleep quality,and fatigue state in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Piper Fatigue Scale score,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,CD8+The levels in the observation group were lower than those inf the control group,and the levels of CD4+/CD8+,CD4+,and CD3+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference on the surgical effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Relaxation training adjuvant therapy can more effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with gastric cancer during the perioperative period,thereby promoting the recovery of immune function,fatigue,and sleep therapy,and alleviating the patient's stress response,but it has no significant effect on the surgical effect.
