摘 要:校企合作和产业学院建设为高等职业教育改革提供了重要契机。高等职业院校可以通过产业学院培训、提升教师的职业技能,吸收产业部门的优秀人才充实教师队伍。产业学院可以为学生提供真实场景,加强劳动教育,培养工匠精神,提高学生的综合素质,更好地实现专业培养目标。职业院校通过产业学院建设推动教学管理体制和人才培养过程改革,有利于形成产教深度融合的办学特色。The school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of industrial colleges provide an important opportunity for the reform of higher vocational education.Higher vocational colleges can improve teachers’professional skills,absorb excellent talents from industrial departments,enrich and reshape the teaching staff through industrial college training.Higher vocational colleges can take the talent training goal of industrial colleges as the guidance,adjust the specialty setting and curriculum setting,and test the teaching effect.Industrial college can provide students with real scenes,strengthen labor education,cultivate craftsman spirit,improve students’comprehensive quality and better achieve professional training objectives.Higher vocational colleges can promote the reform of teaching management system and talent training process through the construction of industrial colleges,which is conducive to the formation of school running characteristics of deep integration of industry and education.
