摘 要:通过分离固氮蓝藻藻株获得单种培养,综合采用多种抗生素、放线菌酮和紫外线照射等处理,得到纯化藻株。采用16S rDNA和rbcLX同源性分析进行藻株鉴定,并对藻株的Cd耐受能力和去除能力进行评估。结果表明,藻株最终可鉴定为Nostoc sp.,其对Cd的去除率在24 h达到最高(33.79%),说明该藻对Cd的去除能力相对较弱。Cd对该藻的半致死抑制浓度为0.205 mg/L,属于高毒性。此外,在Cd的胁迫下藻的C—H、C==O和—NH_(2)等基团吸收发生改变。The monoculture was obtained by isolating nitrogen-fixing cyanobacterial strains,and a variety of antibiotics,cycloheximide and ultraviolet irradiation were comprehensively used to obtain purified algal strains.The 16S rDNA and rbcLX homology analysis was used to identify the algal strains,and the Cd tolerance and removal abilities of the algal strains were evaluated.The results showed that the algal strain could be finally identified as Nostoc sp.,and its removal rate of Cd reached the highest(33.79%)at 24 h,indicating that the algae had a relatively weak ability to remove Cd.The half-lethal inhibitory concentration of Cd against the algae was 0.205 mg/L,which was highly toxic.In addition,the absorption of C-H,C=O and-NH_(2)groups in algae changed under the stress of Cd.
