摘 要:2021年6—7月在大丰麋鹿保护区内,通过对比野生麋鹿不同干扰区域互花米草的生长情况,阐述重度和轻度干扰区内互花米草生态指标值的差异,结果表明,轻度干扰区对应的盖度、鲜重、茎干重、叶干重、株高分别是重度干扰区的2.21、5.62、7.19、3.15和5.55倍。轻度干扰区域互花米草幼苗更新率高于高度干扰区,茎叶生物量分配较为均匀,鲜重和干重均高于高度干扰区域。因此,在一定程度上,野生麋鹿活动能够抑制互花米草生长繁殖。In the Dafeng Elk Reserve from June to July 2021,by comparing the growth of Spartina alterniflora in different disturbance areas of wild elk,the differences in the ecological index values of Spartina alterniflora in the severe and mild disturbance areas were described.The results showed that the coverage,fresh weight,stem dry weight,leaf dry weight and plant height corresponding to the mild disturbance area were 2.21,5.62,7.19,3.15 and 5.55 times that of the severe disturbance area,respectively.The regeneration rate of Spartina alterniflora seedlings in mildly disturbed areas was higher than that in severe disturbance areas,the biomass distribution of stems and leaves was more uniform,and the fresh weight and dry weight were higher than those in severe disturbance areas.Therefore,to some extent,wild elk activities can inhibit the growth and reproduction of Spartina alterniflora.
