摘  要:以玻璃纤维布聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)浸渍片、PTFE薄膜和铜箔为原料,采用层压法制得了一系列复合基板。结果表明:复合基板的介质层厚度约0.250 mm、相对介电常数2.120~2.540、损耗因子不大于0.00140,复合基板介质层相对介电常数与原料体积分数之间关系符合Lichtenecker对数法则。A series of composite laminates were prepared by lamination method,using glass fiber cloth prepreg impregnated polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),PTFE film,copper foil as raw materials.The results show that the thickness of dielectric layer of composite laminates is about 0.250 mm,relative dielectric constant is from 2.120 to 2.540,and loss factor is not greater than 0.00140.The relationship between the relative dielectric constants of the laminate dielectric layers and the volume fractions of raw materials was found agree with Lichtenecker s logarithmic rule.
