摘 要:目的 深入探索取消“清考”背景下护理本科生课程重修心理应激及应对方式体验,为制定帮助护生调节负面情绪和缓解心理压力的策略提供参考。方法 2020年5—10月,采用目的抽样法选取贵州省某医科大学四年制的15名本科护生作为研究对象进行深度访谈,并运用内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析、总结、归纳。结果 共提炼出3个主题:需进行课程重修的护理本科生心理应激反应主要为负性(焦虑恐慌、后悔、失落迷茫、自尊受损、否认事实、躯体症状、社交躲避)、引起需进行课程重修的护理本科生心理应激的应激源较多(担心影响就业、担心能否毕业、担心被留级或退学、担心影响考研)、需进行课程重修的护理本科生主要通过内省和自我调节进行心理调试(调节负性情绪、调整学习态度和策略、独自面对和主动寻求外界帮助)。结论 重修事件对本科护生的心理冲击较大,易引发不同类型的心理应激反应。护理教育工作者应帮助护生正确认识重修,及时给予心理支持提升其自我应对效能,预防心理危机。Objective To explore the psychological stress and coping modes in undergraduate nursing students toward course retaking under the background of abolishing "final clear examinations",providing a reference for formulating strategies to help nursing students regulate their negative emotions and alleviate their psychological stress.Methods From May to October 2020,a total of 15 undergraduate nursing students from a medical university in Guizhou province were selected by purposive sampling for an in-depth interview. The interview data were analyzed,summarized and concluded by content analysis.Results A total of 3 themes were extracted as follows:The undergraduate nursing students who need to retake their courses mainly had negative psychological stress responses(anxiety and panic,regret,loss and confusion,impaired self-esteem,denial of facts,somatic symptoms,and social avoidance);there were more stressors causing psychological stress in undergraduate nursing students who need to retake their courses(worrying about the impacts on employment,graduation,repetition or dropout,and postgraduate entrance examination);the undergraduate nursing students who need to retake their courses adjust theirpsychological states mainly by introspection andself-regulation(regulating negative emotions,ad-justing learning attitudes and strategies, facingalone,and asking for external help).Conclusion Course retaking has great psychological impact on undergraduate nursing students and is prone to trigger different types of psychological stress responses. Nurs-ing educators should help nursing students correctly understand the course retaking and give psychological sup-port in time to improve their coping self-efficacy so as to prevent psychological crisis.
