摘 要:目的:评估山东省小麦重金属污染风险,为山东小麦安全生产提供科学依据。方法:2017-2018年在山东省10个地市采集300份小麦样品,测试小麦中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、镍(Ni)和铜(Cu)7项重金属含量。采用单因子指数法、尼梅罗综合污染指数法和靶标危害系数法评估小麦中重金属对人体的非致癌健康风险。结果:采集的小麦样品中7项重金属单项污染指数均小于07,综合污染指数为0459,靶标危害系数小于1。结论:山东省小麦样品除少数受Pb、Cr、Hg污染外,其余均可安全食用。Objective To evaluate the risk of heavy metal pollution of wheat grain in Shandong province and provide scientific basis for safe production of wheat in Shandong province.Method Totally 300 samples were collected from 10 cities in 2017 and 2018 to analyze and determine the contents of heavy metals(Pb,Cd,Cr,As,Hg,Ni and Cu).The non-carcinogenic health risk caused by heavy metals in wheat grain was carried out by single factor index method,Nimerow index and target hazard quotient methods.Result The single pollution index of these seven elements was less than 0.7,the Nimerow index was 0.459,and the target hazard quotient was less than 1.Conclusion Except for a few wheat samples in Shandong province which were polluted by Pb,Cr and Hg,all the other wheat samples were safe to eat.
