孕妇膳食蛋白质摄入情况与妊娠期糖尿病发生风险的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:采用Meta分析探讨孕妇膳食蛋白质摄入来源与妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus,GDM)发生风险之间的关系。方法:系统检索PubMed、ELSEVIER ScienceDirect(SDOS)、Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science、知网、维普、万方数据库从建库至2021年11月20日所有关于孕妇膳食蛋白质摄入与GDM发生风险关系的文献,按照排除纳入标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的质量后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:膳食蛋白质的总摄入量与GDM发生风险无关[随机效应模型RR=1.15,95%CI(0.85,1.55)];动物类蛋白质的摄入量与GDM的发生风险呈正相关[固定效应模型RR=1.51,95%CI(1.31,1.74)];植物类蛋白质的摄入量与GDM的发生风险无关[随机效应模型RR=0.89,95%CI(0.62,1.27)]。结论:为预防和改善GDM,动物类蛋白质的摄入情况应该引起孕妇以及医务人员的关注。Objective To explore the relationship between dietary protein intake sources and the risk of GDM in pregnant women using meta-analysis.Method PubMed,ELSEVIER ScienceDirect(SDOS)database,Cochrane Library,Web of science,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database was searched all literatures on the relationship between dietary protein intake in pregnant women and the risk of GDM from the establishment of the database to November 20,2021 were screened according to exclusion criteria to extract data and evaluate the quality of the included studies.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Result A total of 7 literatures were included,including 31250 subjects.Meta-analysis results showed that total dietary protein intake was not associated with the risk of GDM[random effect model RR=1.15,95%CI(0.85,1.55)].Animal protein intake was positively correlated with the risk of GDM[fixed-effect model RR=1.51,95%CI(1.31,1.74)].The intake of plant protein was not associated with the risk of GDM[stochastic effect model RR=0.89,95%CI(0.62,1.27)].Conclusion In order to prevent and improve GDM,the intake of animal protein should be paid more attention to by pregnant women and medical staff.
