摘  要:离子液体是一种绿色反应介质,向沉淀法中引入离子液体作为诱导剂,可以实现二氧化锆的晶相可控合成。对产物的物相、结构等进行表征,结果表明,分别以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐和1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐为诱导剂可以得到纯的单斜晶相二氧化锆和四方晶相二氧化锆。设计本实验作为化学工程与工艺专业本科教学的一个开放性综合实验,可以强化学生的绿色化学思想和环保意识;培养学生分析问题和解决问题的综合能力;也有利于学生了解学术前沿,激发学生的科研兴趣和创新意识。Ionic liquid is a kind of new green reaction medium.ZrO_(2)with different crystal phases were prepared by introducing ionic liquids into the precipitation method as inducer,and the phases,and structure parameters of the resulting samples were investigated by means of XRD,FT-IR,N_(2) adsorption-desorption and SEM analyses.Pure monoclinic ZrO_(2)and tetragonal ZrO_(2)can be obtained by using[bmim]BF_(4) and[bmim]HSO_(4) as inducer,respectively.This experiment is designed as an opening comprehensive experiment for undergraduate teaching of chemical engineering and technology.These contents can help to strengthen the students'sense of green chemistry and environment protection,to cultivate the students'comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems,and to establish scientific research interest and innovative consciousness.
