摘 要:针对目前煤矿中普遍存在煤炭氧化自燃隐患且传统的防灭火材料均存在稳定性差、作用时间较短等问题,因此开发了稳定性好、保水率高的矿用凝胶材料。选择氯化钙作为交联剂,通过对比高甲氧基、低甲氧基果胶的凝胶状态,选取凝胶状态较好的低甲氧基果胶作为制备矿用凝胶材料的用料。将不同氯化钙浓度下的低甲氧基果胶样品置入100℃烘箱内,探索不同样品的保水率,并将保水率最好样品应用于煤炭灭火实验,结果表明:0.06%氯化钙浓度的低甲氧基果胶样品具有较好的凝胶状态、最高的保水率,因此该组样品具有较好的灭火性能,可以有效地扑灭煤炭火焰,控制煤炭燃烧。Aiming at the problems of coal spontaneous combustion in coal mines and the problems of poor stability and short action time,the development of mine gel materials with good stability and high water retention rate has been developed.Calcium chloride was selected as a crosslinking agent.By comparing the gel state of high methoxy and low methoxyl pectin,the low methoxyl pectin with good gel state was selected as the material for preparing mineral gel materials.The low methoxyl pectin samples with different calcium chloride concentrations were placed in a 100℃ oven to explore the water holding rate of different samples.The best water holding rate was applied to the coal fire suppression experiment.The results showed that the 0.06%methoxy pectin sample with calcium chloride concentration had a good gel state and the highest water retention rate,so the samples had better fire extinguishing performance and could effectively extinguish the coal flame and control coal combustion.
