贾英杰教授基于“癌浊”病机理论治疗肾癌初探

摘　　要：近年来肾癌发病率逐年上升,西医疗效局限。贾英杰教授认为本病的根本原因在于脾肾亏虚,浊毒、瘀浊是本病发展过程中的重要病理产物。临证以“黜浊培本”为治疗大法,培本固元尤其重视脾肾,燮理阴阳,兼以解毒散瘀黜浊,因势利导,验效颇佳。文章总结贾教授“黜浊培本”法治疗本病经验,以飨同道。In recent years,the incidence rate of renal cell carcinoma has been increasing year by year,and the curative effect of modern medicine is limited. Professor JIA Yingjie believes that the fundamental cause of the disease is the deficiency of spleen and kidney.Turbid toxin and blood stasis are important pathological products in the development of the disease. In clinical practice,the main treatment method is “Chuzhuo Peiben”. It pays special attention to spleen and kidney,harmonizing yin and yang,and removing turbid by detoxification and stasis. Now the experience of Professor JIA in treating this disease is introduced as follows.
