摘 要:为研究不同水分粳稻在中试试验仓储藏环境条件下过夏期间粮情变化情况,本试验选取15.5%和14.2%两种水分粳稻置于试验仓中储藏,对夏季储藏期的粮温、水分、脂肪酸值、霉菌菌落数及真菌群落进行监测分析。结果表明:两种水分粳稻在储藏期间水分、脂肪酸值指标变化趋势相同,数值相近;而含水量15.5%的粳稻霉菌菌落数高于含水量14.2%的粳稻;同时两种含水量粳稻真菌组成存在差异,含水量15.5%的粳稻丰富度高于含水量14.2%的粳稻。In order to study the changes of grain conditions during the summer of japonica rice with different moisture content in the storage environment of the pilot test,two kinds of japonica rice with 15.5%and 14.2%moisture were selected and stored in the experimental warehouse,water content,fatty acid value,mold colony count and fungal community were monitored and analyzed.The results showed that the change trend of water and fatty acid value indicators of the two kinds of water japonica rice during storage was the same,and the values were similar;while the japonica rice with a water content of 15.5%had a higher number of mold colonies than the japonica rice with a water content of 14.2%;at the same time,there were differences in the fungal composition of the two kinds of japonica rice that the japonica rice with a water content of 15.5%had a higher richness than the japonica rice with a water content of 14.2%.
