岭南黄氏健脾行气汤对结肠癌术后患者康复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨岭南黄氏健脾行气汤对结肠癌术后患者快速康复的临床效果。方法将结肠癌根治术后患者60例随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例,试验组于术后口服黄氏健脾行气汤,对照组术后不予中药治疗,在相同时间口服等量温开水,余治疗及康复方案两组无差异。观察周期均为术后7天。每天对两组进行症状、体征评分,于术后第1天、第3天、第7天行血清胃泌素检查,评估不良反应。结果术后第1天,试验组与对照组的症状、体征评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3天及第7天,试验组患者症状、体征评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1天,试验组与对照组血清胃泌素结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3天和第7天,试验组与对照组血清胃泌素结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症的发生率试验组10%,对照组26.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岭南黄氏健脾行气汤能有效地促进结肠癌术后患者胃肠功能快速恢复,加快术后康复进程,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lingnan Huang’s Jianpi Xingqi Decoction on the rapid recovery of postoperative patients with colon cancer.Methods Sixty patients after radical resection of colon cancer were randomly divided into trial group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The trial group was given oral use of Lingnan Huang’s Jianpi Xingqi Decoction after surgery,and the control group was given the equal amount of warm boiled-water at the same time without traditional Chinese medicine treatment.There was no difference in other treatment and rehabilitation project between the two groups.The observation period lasted for 7 days after surgery.Symptoms and signs of both groups were scored every day after surgery,and serum gastrin was detected on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after surgery to evaluate adverse reactions.Results On the first day after surgery,there was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms and signs between the trial group and the control group(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 7th day after surgery,the scores of symptoms and signs in the trial group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the first day after surgery,there was no significant difference in serum gastrin between the trial group and the control group(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 7th day after surgery,there was statistical difference in serum gastrin between the trial group and the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the trial group was 10%and that in the control group was 26.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lingnan Huang’s Jianpi Xingqi Decoction is effective on promoting the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with colon cancer,accelerating the process of postoperative rehabilitation,and reducing the incidence of complications.
